The power of the spoken word has been preached by inspirational speakers for decades. So why aren’t we doing it everyday. Its not hard..Just take 5 minutes out of your day and do it. It has even been proven that reciting positive affirmations will relieve stress and it is like giving our brain a massage!

The best way to act on the Word is to speak it!

We all need to be more like children…we can learn so much from them..Unfortunately we grow up to be stressed grumpy adults. LOL

I love affirmations. I got turned onto them in the classic book. “Think and Get Rich” If they worked for those old guys they will work for me
