STEP TWO Become More Conscious

Observe Your Limiting Thoughts/Actions
Write them down and when they come up tick them off…
For eg. I don’t listen well…
I am disorganised…

Have a list of your limiting thoughts/actions at your desk to check off

So whenever your limiting actions come up say to yourself Ok there it is and check it off and get on with it
This is a way of obverving and being aware rather then making them part of you..

Awareness makes us more conscious and able to manifest more of what we want in life.
