Will the Kindle 2 fit into a Kindle 3 cover?
I know the reverse doesn’t work, since the Kindle 3 is slightly smaller – but will a 2nd Gen. fit into a 3, or is it too tight of a fit?
I really want this leather cover in RED and there are no options for the 2nd – only the 3rd gen. cover.

It won’t fit at all. K3 is way smaller than K2 and the hinges are even in different places.
