Help putting HD videos into Windows Movie Maker? (HD Ultra Flip Camera)?
I just bought the new ultra HD flip video camera, and ran into a problem. I usually do quick edits to movies I make with windows movie maker, cutting etc, and when i take the videos off my camera and on to the desktop of my computer, then proceed to import them to windows movie maker, they don’t even show up on the desktop (in the window which you select the video to be imported). Whats the problem? I assumed it was something to do with windows movie maker not accepting HD video? I just need help with this please. Is there any way I can convert the videos to be put into windows movie maker but keep the good quality?
Time to get some good editing software.
As you have found WMM does not support HD video.

you might have to convert your files using http://www.handbrake.fr/ or http://www.any-video-converter.com/download-avc-free.phpthis is a free video converter.
